For years we'd been making the food and watching it land on other people's menus. A festival stand for a weekend. A supermarket shelf with its own logistics constraints. A catering client's event plate. Good in all of those contexts — but we'd never had a place where we got to decide exactly how the food was served.
So we built one. On November 28th, 2025, Sloppy Jo's Jægersborggade 10 opened its doors — our deli and takeaway in Nørrebro. The full menu, made to our recipe, on sourdough baked fresh for us every morning by Meyers Bageri across the street, with our home-pickled veg, our house dressings, and our standards.


The deli isn't the end of what we do — the fillings, catering and food-service business all keep moving. But it's the one place where customers meet the food at its best, and that's the version we want to be known for.
