From a ten-person office lunch to thousands of burgers at a festival, we cater plant-based food across Copenhagen. The menu is flexible: full sandwiches and burgers, bulk fillings so your team plates their own finger food, or our Sloppy Flatwraps delivered ready to warm and slice into tapas.

Because every event is different, we don't publish set prices — we quote per event based on what you actually need. Tell us the date, the headcount, and the format you're picturing, and we'll come back with a proposal.

Order our signature Basic Filling (or a flavoured version — BBQ, Thai, Mexi) by the kilo, with side ingredients, and your team builds the finger food themselves. Sloppy Flatwrap tapas

For larger events we deliver the flatwraps ready to bake — your oven, a few minutes, then slice each flatwrap into four finger-food pieces on a wooden board. For smaller events we can often bring a panini press and grill them fresh at the location. Either way, it gets the reaction the Sloppy Tapas Bræt gets at the deli — at your event.

Late-night party food, straight from the freezer

Natmad flatwraps

One of our favourite uses, and still a well-kept secret: buy our flatwraps frozen, pull them out of the freezer near the end of the evening, and bake straight from frozen. Serve whole in our branded paper pockets, or slice into squares and pile them onto a board. Guests get something hot and actually delicious at midnight — you skip the 4 AM takeaway run.

A note on timing

The more time we have to prepare, the more we can do.

We prep almost everything from scratch in the back of our Nørrebro shop (including our pickles, which actually need a few days in the brine to be themselves), so bigger orders need more warning.

  • Up to 10 sandwiches

    Often same-day

    Walks right out of the deli without extra prep.

  • 10–30 sandwiches

    A day or two

    Enough to plan the kitchen around regular service.

  • 30–100 sandwiches

    Three to five days

    Fresh pickle batch, larger bread brief to Meyers, kitchen scheduled.

  • 100+ sandwiches, Flatwraps at volume, festival runs

    A week or more

    Major sourcing, big pickle run, coordination with Convifood if needed.

When in doubt, email early. We'd rather over-plan than turn you away.
