Deli Sandwiches
Baked fresh for us each morning by Meyers Bageri across the street — a sourdough made to our spec, toasted on the inside and loaded with our signature plant-based fillings and slow-braised onions. Gluten-free bread is always in stock — just ask when you order.

Our bread is sliced to 12.5 mm.
And toasted inside-out.
Meyers Bageri across the street bakes our sourdough to this spec. We chose the thickness so the bread never overwhelms the filling — and never gets lost under it either. We chose the toaster from Italy because it holds two slices pressed together, so only the outside of each slice gets toasted. Then we swap them before building the sandwich — toasted side facing inward. The outside stays soft in your hand; the toasted inside gives a warm, crunchy contrast against the filling. We haven't come across anyone else doing it this way.

Our signature — seasoned filling, dressing and diced vegetables, folded into a drum and panini-grilled. Inspired by quesadillas, made Sloppy Jo's style.
