No minimum. Order by 14:00 the day before.

  • Sloppy deli saladwith grated tofu, pickled mustard seeds, mushrooms, celery and chives
  • JulerilletteChristmas rillette with mushrooms, thyme and port, topped with fruit preserve
  • Fresh red cabbage saladwith orange, apples and caramelised walnuts

Served with rye bread, sourdough and whipped butter

The large menu, with warm dishes

325 kr. per person (260 kr. ex VAT)

Minimum 10. Fewer of you? Ask us anyway: if we're making the large menu that day, we can usually add a few more. Order three working days ahead.

    The small cold menu, the large one with warm dishes, and risalamande if you want dessert.

    Order in time

    The small menu by 14:00 the day before. The large menu and risalamande three working days ahead.

    Pick it up at the shop

    Collect it at Jægersborggade 10 on the day and at the time you chose.

Good to know

Is the julemenu plant-based?

Yes. Everything at Sloppy Jo's is plant-based, the julemenu too. It is still a classic Danish julefrokost, with curry salad, rillette, red cabbage and risalamande.

Does anything need heating?

Only on the large menu. Everything cold is ready for the table. The mushroom patties and the fredsfisk are pre-fried, so you warm them in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees for 7–10 minutes. That way you can also serve it all on your own dishes.

Can we order a julefrokost for the office?

Yes. Choose "Company or public sector" in the form. You can pay by card or get an invoice or EAN invoice after pickup. You collect it at Jægersborggade 10.

How many of us do there need to be?

The small cold menu has no minimum. The large menu and risalamande are for at least 10. Fewer of you? Send a request and we will see what we can do.

Can we collect between Christmas and New Year, or in January?

Yes. The julemenu can be collected 1 November–22 December, 28–30 December and 5–31 January. We are closed on Mondays.

What about allergens?

Note any allergies in your order and we'll tell you what we can do. If in doubt, ask us. The risalamande contains almonds and the red cabbage salad walnuts.

Can you make it gluten-free?

The bread contains gluten. Say so in your order and we'll work it out with you.

Can you deliver?

The julemenu is collected from the shop at Jægersborggade 10. If special circumstances make that hard, write to us at info@sloppyjos.com and we will try to find a solution.

Coming by car?

Parking on Jægersborggade isn't always easy. If you've paid in advance, call the shop on 55 21 23 63 about 20 minutes before you arrive. We'll have the food ready and run it out to your car while you pull up outside.

How do we pay?

By card or MobilePay when you order: we reserve the amount and only charge it on the pickup day. If pickup is more than six days away we save the card instead, and then it is card only. Companies and public bodies can also get an invoice or EAN invoice after pickup. Anyone can choose to pay in the shop when they collect.
